Terms of service

Availability: Dahlia tubers will be available for pre sale online once we have finished dividing, with a second release in spring after planting out the patch. Sales will continue until sold out.

Shipping: Tubers begin shipping in October/November, once eyes are clearly visible to ensure viability. As our patch is located in a cool‑climate central Victoria our tubers take time and warmth to wake up. Cannot ship to WA, NT, TAS

Viability Guarantee: If any ordered varieties fail during storage, you will be contacted immediately and offered a refund or substitute. 

Arrival & Refunds: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within one week if there are any issues. Include photographs when reporting a problem. Refunds will be processed if the tuber is not viable on receipt.
